SuanDI de Cafita started in a home kitchen with a single recipe for chocolate madeleines — the kind with a melty Belgian chocolate piece tucked into the shell. The cookies came next, then a small but loyal following.

Everything is baked the morning you pick up — small batch, by hand. Real Belgian chocolate, real butter, real sea salt. No mix-from-a-bag shortcuts. Available for pickup from TBD location with 24-hour notice.
